Rinse thoroughly with warm water and a mild antibacterial soap or specialized toy cleaner after every use. Avoid harsh chemicals or boiling water. Allow the item to air dry completely, and apply a thin layer of renewal powder or cornstarch to keep the material silky smooth and dust-free over time.
3. Are the products completely odorless upon unboxing?
Yes, our advanced manufacturing process includes high-temperature curing and deodorization stages. While new TPE or silicone may carry a very faint material scent initially, it completely dissipates within a few hours of unboxing and airing out in a ventilated room.

1. What should I do if my package or product arrives damaged or defective?
Every order undergoes strict double inspection before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof for a hassle-free, full replacement or solution.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment has been completed?
We begin preparing orders quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, item specifications, or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order enters full fulfillment or dispatch, modifications can no longer be made.
3. How can I track my shipment once my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order leaves our facility, an automated email containing your tracking number and a private tracking portal link will be sent to you. You can monitor every step of the delivery progress online in real time without creating a public profile.
